Responsible for maintaining daily procedures regarding the Rewards Club members which includes, discerning appropriate identification, filing and record keeping.Responsible for educating patrons rewards club benefits.
This role will maintain guest interactions within Caesars Rewards and Customer Service Desk for Harrah's Hoosier Park Racing and Casino. Successful candidates will need to be able to effectively evaluate customer needs and provide solutions. The perfect candidate will work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor with both guests and coworkers.
